Parke joins as Vice President, expanding SCOPE’s advisory platform across Western Pennsylvania
Pittsburgh, Pa., September 16, 2025 – SCOPE Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC (“SCOPE”) announced today that Christopher Parke has joined SCOPE as Vice President within its investment sales advisory line. As an established multifamily specialist, Chris’ expertise will expand the existing market-leading platform into the Pittsburgh region.
Parke joins SCOPE with a decade of experience in commercial real estate. Most recently with SVN Three Rivers, Chris served as a Senior Advisory where his primary focus was representing private and syndicated capital in the disposition of multifamily assets.

Prior to SVN, Chris was located in Los Angeles, where he lived for 12 years. He earned his degree in economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
