SCOPE Brings 136-Unit Multifamily Asset in Salisbury to Market

Philadelphia, March 19, 2026 – SCOPE Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC (“SCOPE”), a leading middle-market multifamily investment sales firm, announced that it has been engaged to market Island Club Apartments, a 136-unit garden-style multifamily community in Salisbury, Maryland.
SCOPE is representing the seller, an affiliate of RRG Management, a Philadelphia-based investment and management firm.
Built in 1990, the property consists of 15 residential buildings spanning approximately 123,877 square feet set on more than 12 acres. The community features a balanced mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans averaging 919 square feet. Current ownership successfully renovated a selection of units, presenting significant value-add potential for future renovations on the remaining units. Additionally, the property offers the opportunity to redevelop eight units, expanding the total unit count to 144. On-site amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, clubhouse, basketball court, dog park, gazebo recreation area, and ample surface parking.
Island Club is strategically located in the Salisbury market, near major employers and institutions including Salisbury University and TidalHealth Peninsula Regional.
