Khan joins as Senior Vice President
Philadelphia, October 20, 2025 – SCOPE Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC (“SCOPE”) announced today that Abe Khan has joined SCOPE as Senior Vice President within its investment sales advisory line, focusing on private and institutional sales of retail assets.
Khan brings nearly two decades of experience in real estate, advising a broad range of clients from single-asset owners and shopping center operators to institutional ownership and REITs. He has represented over five million square feet of retail property and facilitated transactions totaling more than $500 million in consideration. His production and performance have earned him multiple sales achievement awards and recognition as a CoStar Power Broker.

Khan joins from Bennett Williams, where he most recently served as Senior Sales & Leasing Associate, and began his career in commercial real estate in 2013. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Retail Brokers Network.
